A Call to Impact Knowledge
Many times, I am called upon to be a Trainer/Coach to young STEM Graduates or industrial professional operators and impact the necessary skills needed in the marketplace. My sessions usually involve problem-solving, small groups of students working to solve a problem by applying concepts taught in class. I monitor their progress and offer timely coaching at every stage of the problem-solving cycle.
Passion is key
I am actively developing and deepening students understanding of software and programs used during the training period. As a coach, I encourage students by teaching them unique problem-solving techniques that are practical and project-based. I informally assess each trainee and groups understanding and then align my training methods to enhance learning before transitioning to new training materials.
Learning is fun.
